The Puma sold twice as many units as the Fiesta last year, but Ford have fallen from grace. The Fiesta used to consistently be the 2nd best selling car in Europe. It sold 450k units in 2011. Last year it sold 75k, and the Puma about 150k. The Pug 208 did 300k is now top.

I don't know much about the specific model but Ford makes quality cars and they have better pricing than other manufacturers. You really cannot go wrong with any car manufacture these days. There was a time when Japanese manufacturing stood abive the rest but not anymore. Korean cars such as Kia and Hyundai are an exceptional value these days.

Worn brake pads, rusty caliper, rusty and damaged brake disks. Everything needs to be replaced. It will take 10 days to fix at a workshop nearby, and faster back home (600kms away) Is it okay or is it super unsafe to drive? The brake pads grind most at slow speeds, but it’s better on highway. 95. 183. r/AskMechanics.

Caused by either a worn out battery or a good battery with a bad alternator. If the engine cranks like normal but never starts then you are missing either fuel, spark or compression, or some combination of the 3. To check for fuel, crank the engine then smell for gas at the exhaust pipe.
Maybe I'm just over exposed living in Ca where everyone rattle cans their wheels black. But I do agree with the others here that it is a great contrast for the white Fiesta. That said, I have to say your car mods look simple and tasteful. Which is all that this fantastic car needs. Well done.
Non mechanical stuff you might want to check: The condition of the seats. My driver seat foam wore out somewhere between 100k and 150k. It took a trip to the junkyard to find a replacement with the same pattern. Since they have the airbag in the seat aftermarket ones don't really work with the airbag system.
Ford largely discontinued selling cars in the US years ago. There’s little money that can be made by selling cars - especially small cars like the Fiesta- when they can make $20K or $30K profit selling an F150. Selling only trucks, CUVs and SUVs is far more profitable. 19.

I grew up in the 1970s and 1980s, and my parents always preferred European cars to American cars. So growing up, instead of Buicks and Fords, we had Audi, Renault, Peugeot, Morris, MGs, VWs, Fiats and Opels. Most of these brands left the US in the 1980s. My Dad was a car lover, so we always had 3 or 4 cars at a time. The normal 500 is a good car. It isn't trash in any way. It's a European city car transplanted in America. Yes it's slow, yes it's small, but it's a very very good city car. The Abarth is even better. I don't live in the city though. I live where roads are long and occasionally rutty.
Fiesta is likely to be lower cost of ownership (cheaper maintenance plus better mpg), focus can have equipment not available on fiesta (eg electric rear windows). Look at the individual cars though - both have been in production for many years at many trim levels.
I have a Stratified stage 1 tune on my car and it's great, but I've heard good things about Dizzy too. The one mechanical change you might want to make is one step colder spark plugs, but if you drive in a lot of traffic or low-load driving then you could very easily foul colder plugs, so think about whether doing that is compatible with your
Get a can spray it past the airbox sensor and try to start the car if it starts and then dies its 100% a fuel/ pump issue of some sort. Check your fuel pump fuse and relay. If you let 87 octane gas sit in there for 6 months, it's probably gone bad. You might get away with adding 2-3 gallons of 93 to the tank and might bring back the old fuel. View all 153 consumer vehicle reviews for the Used 2011 Ford Fiesta on Edmunds, or submit your own review of the 2011 Fiesta. The build quality seems to be quite good. I like the car except
As an owner of a Fiesta ST and an employee of Ford, a manual SE is a fine car - literally 99% of problems are related to the Auto trans (avoid those like the plague, worst transmission in the auto industry). However I would take a used Honda Fit any day over a SE Fiesta - it's just a nicer car and is more fun to drive.
